1. The rotor undergoes high-precision dynamic balance calibration, ensuring stable and reliable rotation. Equipped with bi-directional rasping bars and cutters, the rotor leverages its high mass and rotational speed to deliver increased rasping force and frequency, resulting in a smoother operation and enhanced production efficiency.
2. Premium-grade rasping bars are secured by a clamping strip mechanism, ensuring exceptional stability, durability, and convenient replacement during maintenance.
3. The rasping cutters feature a thickness of 1.25 mm, significantly extending their service life.
4. A newly designed bearing and bearing chamber structure effectively prevents the ingress of foreign debris, thus safeguarding operational efficiency and longevity.
5. Customizable with imported bearings (COOPER/SKF/FAG) upon request, ensuring superior performance and durability.
6. An optimized design for the quick removal of the rasping plate enables effortless operation and maintenance.
The rasping mill consists of a base, housing, rotor, main shaft, combined rasping cutters, rasping plate, bearings, bearing blocks, screen plate, and motor. The motor drives the rotor (fitted with rasping bars) to rotate at high speed, drawing materials into the gap between the cutters and the rasping plate for granulation. The uniformly rasped slurry passes through the screen plate and collects in the discharge trough.
