2. The hollow structure of the dewatering drum ensures both dewatering effect and stable, uniform moisture content of the material, reducing energy consumption in the drying section. A special water-lifting bucket structure inside the drum facilitates simultaneous extraction of water and air.
3. The frame is made of full stainless steel for stable operation. A specially designed lubricating oil receiving pan at the bottom of the bearing housing ensures hygiene. The vacuum tank and vacuum pump are integrated to save installation time and space.
The vacuum dehydrator consists of frame, main shaft, motor, reducer, filter tank, agitator, pneumatic scraper, rotating drum, agitator motor and other components.
The porous surface of the rotating drum is covered with a layer of filter cloth, with a support screen installed between the filter cloth and the porous shell. The rotating drum passes through the filter tank, and a negative pressure is formed inside the drum by the vacuum pump. Moisture in the starch milk passes through the filter cloth into the drum, while starch granules cannot pass through and remain on the surface of the rotating drum. The pneumatic scraper removes the starch granules, which are then conveyed by belt conveyor to the next process.
